Online self-study courses
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase for a full refund, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course and no certificate has been issued. After 14 days, or beyond 20% completion, refunds are at our discretion.
Live sessions and mock packages
Individual mock circuits and live sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited. Unused sessions in a package are refundable pro rata within the 14-day cooling-off period; after that they remain available to book for 6 months.
In-person training at Raunds
Full refund or free transfer up to 7 days before the session date; 50% within 7 days; no refund for non-attendance on the day (a transfer to a later date may be offered at our discretion).
Employer and group bookings
Group licence seats are transferable between staff at any time. Refunds for unused seats follow the same 14-day rule from the date of invoice payment.
Regulated qualifications (NVQ)
Diploma enrolments include awarding-body registration fees which are non-refundable once registration is made. Everything before registration follows the 14-day cooling-off rule.
How to request a refund
Email admin@bwaraatacademy.co.uk from your account email with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
