The agreement
These terms apply when you create an account, purchase a course or use this platform. Purchasing a course forms a contract between you and Bwaraat Academy, Groundfloor , Enterprise Centre, Raunds, Northamptonshire NN9 6GR
Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential; you're responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal — one learner per account, including on employer group licences.
Courses and access
Course access runs for 12 months from purchase unless the course page states otherwise. We may update course content to keep it current. Live sessions (mock circuits, cohorts) run at the scheduled times; recordings are provided where stated.
Assessment and certificates
Certificates are issued when the course's assessment requirements are met — including quiz pass marks and, where applicable, workbook sign-off by an assessor. Assessors' decisions follow published criteria; you can request a review of an assessment decision within 14 days. Certificates remain our intellectual property and may be revoked if obtained dishonestly.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout; VAT receipts are provided. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Employer invoices are payable within 30 days.
Acceptable use
Don't share course content outside your account, attempt to copy or resell materials, submit plagiarised workbook evidence, or misuse the community (harassment, spam or unsafe clinical advice will result in removal).
Liability
Courses are training, not medical or legal advice for specific situations; always follow your employer's policies and local procedures. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
